Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how THE VAULT OF OLOA PTY LTD (ABN 56 663 787 835) ("Vault of Oloa", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: for example your name, company, email, phone, site address or suburb, job details and any files you attach. Job applicants may also send tickets, licences, availability and a CV.
How we collect it
The forms on this website do not store anything on a server. When you submit a form, your own email app opens with your details so you can send them to marcos@vaultofoloa.com. We also collect information when you email or speak to us directly.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver scaffolding and labour hire services, assess job applications, and meet our legal, safety and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to do the work: for example sharing a worker's relevant tickets and licences with a host client for a specific engagement, our accounting system (Xero), professional advisers, or where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking analytics.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing marcos@vaultofoloa.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
